  • A NON REFUNDABLE $100  deposit is required to book your appointment

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. All cancellations less than 48 hours in advance forfeit their deposit.

  • Your balance is due the day of your appointment, all major credit cards are accepted as well as cash. Credit card transactions will have a 6% service fee added.

  • A valid I.D is required at the time of your service

  • We cannot tattoo pregnant women or women who are nursing.

  • We cannot tattoo anyone under the age of 18.

  • Do not use a tanning bed for two weeks before the procedure.

  • If you get Botox treatments, you should schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks after your most recent treatment.

  • Clients must avoid any blood thinning medication for 72 hours before procedure.

  • Results vary and are not guaranteed. Every client will respond differently to the procedure

  • We cannot tattoo anyone that uses or has used Accutane within the past year or currently uses prescribed acne medication.

FAQ for Brows

  • How do I book an appointment?

    • For permanent make up appointments, you can schedule using the “Scheduling” tab above. To schedule for a Brow Lamination, please schedule by either calling Apotheca Salon & Boutique under Amanda, or through the Apotheca Salon website

  • Does cosmetic tattooing hurt?

    • A highly-effective topical lidocaine cream and gel are used for numbing before your procedure. We make every effort to ensure you remain comfortable.

  • Contraindications

    • Epilepsy, Diabetic, Chemotherapy, Pregnant or nursing, Sick (cold, flu, etc.) , major heart problems, Viral infections, Acutane in the past year, current prescribed acne cream, Chemical peel or laser treatment in the last month, Psoriasis, rash or sunburn around treatment area, allergy to Lidicaine, Tetracaine or Epinephrine, Previous permanent makeup must be pre-approved via submitted photo.
